We also utilize an electronic lockbox for self-guided tours, allowing prospective tenants to schedule viewings at their convenience. To receive a one-time access code, they must provide a valid driver's license and a bank-issued credit card, which we authorize and keep on file. After the tour, tenants are invited to complete a post-walkthrough survey to share their feedback.
We schedule and manage property assessments and walkthroughs before and after move-ins and move-outs. Our team conducts a thorough Move-In inspection and documentation prior to the tenant's arrival. Once the home is approved for move-in by our logistics team, we arrange a meeting at our office where the tenant can pick up their keys, review property-specific details, and ask any questions they may have.
