At Ironclad Property Management, we handle all aspects of lease preparation and coordinate the signing process using RightSignature for electronic signatures. This streamlined approach speeds up the process, eliminates time-wasting, and enhances efficiency. We collect the first month's rent and security deposit at that time.
To ensure the security of your property between tenants, we rekey and change access codes as needed. We also utilize an electronic lockbox for self-guided tours, allowing prospective tenants to schedule viewings at their convenience. To receive a one-time access code, they must provide a valid driver's license and a bank-issued credit card, which we authorize and keep on file. After the tour, tenants are invited to complete a post-walkthrough survey to share their feedback.
We schedule and manage property assessments and walkthroughs before and after move-ins and move-outs. Our team conducts a thorough Move-In inspection and documentation prior to the tenant's arrival. Once the home is approved for move-in by our logistics team, we arrange a meeting at our office where the tenant can pick up their keys, review property-specific details, and ask any questions they may have.
Finally, we provide tenants with new keys and portal access for easy communication and management.
