AGENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
Let us be your Resource in Property Management
We Offer a $555 referral fee to any Licensed Realtor® to refer us a client we sign up for property management services. We GUARANTEE to return the referred client back to the referring realtor when that referred client wants to sell.
Ironclad Property Management agrees to pay the referring agent’s brokerage a one-time fee of $555. This fee will be paid to the referring agent’s brokerage once the home is rented and under a current management agreement.
We recommend that the referring agent prepare the owner for a phone call from our office so our initial introduction will go smooth. Send them to [email protected], please add your name, brockerage name, phone number, the property's information and also the client's name and phone number.

How much is the referral fee and how do I get paid?
We pay $555 for each owner you refer to us and whom signs a property management agreement.
We have our own referral form. To make it easy, you just provide us with your client's name and we will prepare the form for your electronic signature. We pay once the owner has signed a management agreement.

You can call our office at 860-956-6825. We will be glad to contact your client and get working in his investment property. If you like, have them call us! We will preserve your contact information and make sure you get your commission.
What happens when my client wants to sell?
When the owner is ready to sell or wants to purchase another rental, we will contact you immediately. You can trust us to serve your clients with the highest level of service and professionalism.
