EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

FIND OUT NOW

Emergency Maintenance

During non-business hours our management company has an Emergency Maintenance Line for all of our tenants to utilize during their stay with Ironclad Property Management.

When tenants call this Emergency Maintenance Line the dispatcher will ask a number of questions to the tenants to determine if the request is indeed an emergency.

Instances that are considered an emergency are, no heat when the exterior temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, no hot water when the exterior temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, active water leak that cannot be shut off until the next day, gas leaks, fires, and a clogged toilet when there is only one toilet in the unit.

If there is determined to be an Emergency the dispatcher will coordinate with our list of Emergency Vendors and the tenants to get someone out to the property as soon as possible.
